OF TITO
Luis Héctor Milozzi Scagliotti, affectionately known as ‘Tito’ to all, was born in the heart of Buenos Aires in 1940. From a young age, butchery was his passion. At just 12 years old, with the audacity of a young entrepreneur, he took his bicycle to work at a nearby butcher shop and began delivering cuts of meat to his neighbors. By 16, he already had his own business, where he honed his mastery of the art of butchery.
In 1979, Tito founded the butcher shop that bears his name today. Today, his legacy continues in the hands of his son Aldo, who keeps the family tradition alive and perfects the recipes that have delighted generations.
