OF TITO

Luis Héctor Milozzi Scagliotti, affectionately known as ‘Tito’ to all, was born in the heart of Buenos Aires in 1940. From a young age, butchery was his passion. At just 12 years old, with the audacity of a young entrepreneur, he took his bicycle to work at a nearby butcher shop and began delivering cuts of meat to his neighbors. By 16, he already had his own business, where he honed his mastery of the art of butchery.

In 1979, Tito founded the butcher shop that bears his name today. Today, his legacy continues in the hands of his son Aldo, who keeps the family tradition alive and perfects the recipes that have delighted generations. In our cozy restaurant, we invite you to enjoy a unique culinary experience, where every detail reflects the love and dedication we put into each dish.

PAINTINGS

EL NOVILLO Y LA CHANCHA

In these canvases by artist Álvaro Eguren, we wanted to pay a royal tribute to two of our most treasured collaborators: the Steer and the Sow. As kings of our butcher shop, these noble animals hold a place of honor, reminding us of the origin of every cut and cured meat we bring to your table. The Steer, with its majestic bearing, provides us with the finest cuts for the grill, while the Sow, with its generosity, allows us to create unique fresh and aged sausages that have made Tito a benchmark in the market.

SCHEDULE


Restaurant:

Tuesday through Saturday lunches from 12:30pm to 4:00pm and Sunday lunches from 12:30pm to 6:00pm.

Dinners from Tuesday to Saturday from 6.30 pm to 10:00pm

Butcher's Shop:

Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm

Sundays 10:00am to 2pm
